Package Your Items
Place your unworn items back into their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the returns note included in your original delivery, specifying whether you require an exchange for a different size or a refund to your original payment method.
Ship the Parcel
Affix your return label and drop the package off at your nearest post office or designated courier collection point, ensuring you keep your proof of postage.
Processing & Refund
